We care about the quality of our products and our customers therefore, with proof of purchase, we will exchange for same item products within thirty (30), days...

Authorized returns will only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped after the thirty (30) day timeframe, we regret that we cannot issue an exchange or send the merchandise back to you.

All authorized returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

We reserve the right to protect our authors and their intellectual property from unauthorized duplicating and redistribution of copyrighted materials.
Reproduction without the authors written permission is theft of the authors intellectual property.

Therefore, there will be absolutely no authorization of refunds for any intellectual property, for any reason.
